I'm sure most of your issues as a long-time GM are shared among lifer-GMs (like me). Cool to hear how you've solved those problems - schedule hell, continuity hell, past campaigns as smoking ruins, looming as ghosts whenever you're planning a new mega campaign. My solution thus far has been to "not worry about it" and "never ever attempt a mega campaign again". Regardless, I really like participating in Century, even if I'd never run it myself.
